How We Pack Solenoid Valves for Long Distance Export

A look at our export packaging process: individual protection, coil separation, carton specification and pallet loading for overseas shipments.

Individual protection

Each valve body is wrapped and port openings are capped to prevent dust ingress and thread damage during transit.

Coil and body separation

For large orders, coils can be packed separately from bodies on request to reduce volume and protect the winding from impact.

Carton and pallet specification

Standard export cartons with reinforced corners are used, and pallets are wrapped and banded for container loading. Carton dimensions and gross weight are listed on the packing list.

Documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and CE declaration are prepared with each shipment. Additional documents can be arranged on request.
