Tested Before Shipment, Documented Before Delivery
We build solenoid valves and publish their parameters. In-house machining, coil winding, assembly and testing keep specifications consistent from sample to batch production.
Who We Are
A Parameter-first Valve Manufacturer
GogoValve focuses on two-way solenoid valves for industrial fluid and gas control. Our catalog covers compressed air, water, low pressure steam and hydraulic oil media, with brass, aluminum and cast iron bodies, diaphragm, spool and latching structures, and coil options from DC6V to AC220V.
Buyers often cannot verify a supplier from a product photo alone. That is why every model on this site is published with orifice size, port thread, pressure range, medium temperature, body and seal material, power consumption and certification. You can shortlist a model before contacting us, and confirm the details with a datasheet.
- Complete parameter table published for every model
- Batch test records available on request
- OEM marking and custom coil voltage support
- Engineering reply within 24 hours on business days

Quality Control
Five Steps From Material to Packing
Each step is documented so that a batch can be traced back to its material lot and test record.
Step 1
Incoming Inspection
Body material, seal compound and copper wire are verified against specification before release to production.
Step 2
Machining and Assembly
Valve bodies are machined, deburred and cleaned, then assembled with diaphragm or piston sets on dedicated stations.
Step 3
Coil Winding
Coils are wound, insulated and marked with voltage and power data for traceability.
Step 4
Energizing and Seal Test
Every valve is energized and tested for opening action and internal leakage before packing.
Step 5
Final Inspection and Packing
Appearance, marking and port protection are checked, then valves are packed with batch records.
