Customer Background
A water treatment integrator builds reverse osmosis skids for municipal and industrial customers and needs reliable automatic inlet and flush control.
Operating Challenge
The previous valves showed diaphragm swelling after continuous duty and inconsistent opening at low inlet pressure, which caused flush cycle failures.
Selection Solution
CEME 9934 two-way solenoid valves with EPDM seal were selected for inlet and flush lines. The G1/4 BSP port matched the skid piping, and AC220V coils were used for the control panel.
Result
Stable opening at 0.1 MPa inlet pressure and continuous duty operation without seal deformation. Valve replacement interval extended across the maintenance schedule.
